Cancellation

We accept order cancellations before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is canceled you will get a full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.

 

Exchanges 
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Eligible for Return and Exchange

  • We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

 

  • To start a return, you can contact us at fareastjewelry7@gmail.com. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

 

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. We want all returned items to be handled with care, as jewelry is fragile and delicate.

 

  • If you receive a damaged product upon delivery, please contact us within 3 daysof receiving the goods for processing. We will provide you with return or exchange services, and the shipping costs incurred will be borne by us. If you contact us after more than 3 days, we will not handle returns or exchanges.

 

  • If the return is due to the consumer's personal preference or other personal reasons, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
  • Custom-order or personalizeditems do not have a right to 30 days refund.

 

Refunds 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you a notification of receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
